What to expect?

Relief
The relief phase of care is for individuals who are suffering from pain and dysfunction due to misalignments in the body that cause a disconnect between the nervous system’s communication with the brain. In this phase we will work with you to identify the sources of the problem and create a plan to correct these issues to decrease your symptoms and correct the misalignments of the body.
-
Recovery
During recovery we are training the body to stay in proper alignment while muscles and tissues around the joints are in the process of healing and improving. Diligent therapy is very important, to create maximal restoration and minimize the possibility for the misalignments to return in the body. It is imperative to follow recommendations during this phase to promote a quick and efficient restoration process.

Why do we have subluxations or misalignments?
-
1
Our Physical Traumas
From Auto incidents, to sports or activity trauma or even repetitive traumas like slouching or bad posture. Physical traumas are some of the most common ways our bodies can become misaligned.
-
2
Our Mental Stressors
We all suffer from stress in some way on a daily basis. Emotional stressors can cause tension and tightness in the muscles and joints of the spine. This stress slowly builds up to affect the bodies ability to function and causes misalignments.
-

Our everyday Environment
This is what we surround ourselves with and our daily habits. Being healthy and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is a choice. If we practice unhealthy habits it creates increased inflammation in our bodies that cause misalignments to occur over time.
